NOCN Group is pleased to announce that in its continued work to support training and fill skills gaps within the construction sector, it has entered a partnership arrangement with Tradegraft.
The partnership will see the launch of a job brokering platform, matching skilled workers to vacancies within the sector.
This new collaboration will bring together Tradegraft’s expertise in digital innovation and recruitment, as well as NOCN Group’s reach across the Construction Plant sector.
The Tradegraft platform will launch later this year and will make it easy for anyone in the construction industry to hire or apply for roles, seek training opportunities and find plant owners.
Commenting on the partnership, Tradegraft Managing Director Chris Walker said:“We are delighted to be partnering with NOCN as their sole Job brokering platform. Our shared vision of promoting training and skills to encourage a better working environment are deeply aligned. With access to over 300,000 highly skilled individuals only via Tradegraft, we hope to become the industry’s first port of call when it comes to finding staff and appropriate training for organisations in the construction sector.”
Gareth Cutts, Group Director of Digital Delivery and Improvement: “NOCN Group has been working in partnership with employers and training providers to meet the needs of the Construction sector for many years, supporting major developments, such as home building, HS2 and Nuclear. Tradegraft shares our vision of creating a safer, more productive and better-skilled workforce. The partnership and the launch of the Tradegraft platform is the logical next step to support job seekers in the plant industry and the employers we work with who are struggling to fill vacancies.”
