Coronavirus update for customers

NOCN Group offers a wide range of services including regulated qualifications, EPA for apprenticeships, Job Cards in construction, Access to HE Diplomas, bespoke accreditation, and educational and skills support training.

As you will be aware the government imposed a third national lockdown from Tuesday 5th January 2021. You will find out more operational detail on the implications for each of these services through the following links:

Please note that NOCN Group will be following the guidance issued by the ESFA, IfATE, Ofqual, CCEA Regulation, QAA, and Qualifications Wales, and will update our customers as things change.

NOCN Group Staff Conference

The NOCN Group offices will be closed on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th December 2019 due to the NOCN Group staff conference.

The office will re-open at 9:00am on Monday 9th December 2019.

Please note registration and certification will not be processed during the office closure, however Quartzweb will still be available.

If you have any Functional Skills assessments taking place on the day that the office is closed, please ensure you download your assessments from Quartzweb as soon as possible on Wednesday 4th December 2019. Should you have any issues downloading scheduled assessments please contact our Centre Support Team by 4.00pm on Wednesday 4th December 2019. Our Centre Support Team will be available again from 9.00am on Monday 9th December 2019.
