NOCN Group’s vLearn to migrate to the NOCN Hub

Our vLearn document management system will be migrating to our NOCN Hub at the end of June 2025.

This move, part of a broader digital enhancement initiative, is set to streamline the user experience and provide centres with a more efficient way to access important resources.

The new system will be live on the NOCN Hub at the end of April 2025. Centres that are already users of the Hub will see this appear automatically. Those who are not yet on the Hub will receive an email invitation to join.

The migration process will involve centres going to the NOCN Hub to access their qualification documents, eCertificates, invoices, and all their learning resources currently housed in the vLearn platform. The vLearn platform’s courses and course creation functionality will remain unchanged. Centres can continue to use vLearn for course-related activities as usual.

Key Benefits of the New System:

  • One less system to manage – Centres will be able to log into the NOCN Hub to access all necessary documents, including eCerts and invoices.
  • Updated file structure and improved search function – Finding qualification documents will be simpler and faster.
  • Enhanced self-service capabilities – Centres will have more control over their accounts and document management.
  • A revamped, user-friendly interface – The new system has been designed to make navigation smoother and more intuitive.
  • Access to EPA resources – EPA resources will now be available directly within vLearn.

"We are committed to providing our customers with streamlined, user-friendly digital solutions," said Carl Hassell, Chief Operating Officer "This migration to the NOCN Hub will further improve how centres manage their documents and access important resources, making the experience even more seamless."

This update aligns with NOCN Group's ongoing efforts to enhance digital services and improve the overall user experience for our partners and customers.
