A Plasterer is responsible for preparing and finishing walls and ceilings in the construction and refurbishment sectors. They apply protective and decorative plaster layers that enhance the robustness, fire resistance, and aesthetics of buildings.

Plasterers work on both domestic and commercial projects, from home repairs to large-scale developments, as well as heritage restoration and modern design work. With opportunities to specialise in solid plastering, fibrous plastering, or external rendering, they collaborate with site management, customers, and other trades.

Plasterers ensure high-quality, sustainable finishes while adhering to safety standards and environmental considerations.
