Learning and Skills Assessors play a critical role in evaluating learners' competence across various sectors, including healthcare, construction, technology, and education.

They plan and conduct assessments using diverse methods, provide feedback to support learner progression, and contribute to quality assurance processes like standardisation and moderation.

Operating in practical vocational settings or remotely, assessors ensure their own occupational competency and maintain high standards of assessment practice while collaborating with learners, educators, and stakeholders to meet organisational and sector requirements.
