Employability: Personal Branding for Career Success

NOCN Group have produced this Assured Course to support learners in developing their professional identity and employability skills.

The course provides individuals with the knowledge and practical tools to identify their unique professional qualities, understand employer expectations, and communicate their personal brand effectively.

 Course Content:

• Discovering You – Explore your own personal strengths, qualities, and what makes you unique.
• Understanding Employers – Learn what employers look for in new staff and why these things matter.
• Online Presence – Explore simple, safe ways of showing a positive image online.
• Communicating Clearly – Practise basic communication skills for everyday work situations.

This course is delivered through either entirely classroom-based OR a blended model of eLearning and classroom delivery and comprises four sessions (totalling approximately 2 hours)

Course Structure:

• Course Length: approximately 2 hours but variable depending on how it is delivered.
• Minimum Age: 14+
• Assessment is via reflective activities, peer/tutor feedback, and a multiple-choice knowledge quiz.
