Please note: On Wednesday 15th April 2026, Quartzweb will be temporarily unavailable while we carry out essential system updates.

The upgrade is scheduled to take place from 4:00pm–4:30pm, during which time centres will be unable to access the QuartzWeb system. Our Customer Service and Operations teams will also be unable to access Quartz during this time, meaning they will not be able to answer calls.

Fire Awareness

The Building Safety Act 2022 introduced significant reforms to the building safety regulatory system in the UK, with a focus on improving fire safety in high-risk residential buildings.

One of the key recommendations from Working Group 2, which was tasked with addressing competence requirements, was the development of Fire Awareness in construction. This course has been developed to address this need.
