Home Energy Doctor Baselining Buildings

This course has been developed by Home Energy Doctor to raise awareness of airtightness of existing buildings and encourage more pre-retrofit testing of existing buildings.

Course Content:

To enable building professionals to:

• Understand and quantify the airtightness of existing single household dwellings
• Assess how a building is currently performing and communicate their findings
• Communicate the test results and engage the householder to take action.

Who is this course designed for?

• Construction industry professionals (e.g. RICS, CIOB or equivalent experience in a level 5 field) aged 18 or above.
