The NOCN Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Roadbuilding and Maintenance (Construction) qualification has seven specialisms/pathways of which Excavation and Reinstatement is one of them. The NOCN Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Roadbuilding and Maintenance (Construction) -Excavation and Reinstatement pathway has been developed for achievement in a real workplace environment which means the learner needs to be employed to undertake this pathway. This pathway enables the learner to demonstrate and recognise their skills, knowledge and understanding and to demonstrate their competence in a real workplace environment so the learner can work in the Roadbuilding sector within the construction industry. This pathway supports the learner to attain enabling, fundamental and transferable practical skills with associated underpinning knowledge.
