The suite of NOCN qualifications in Using Employability Skills has been designed to address the needs of learners working at Entry Level and in particular those with learning difficulties and disabilities. The qualifications ensure that all learners are given the same opportunities to access appropriate and relevant education and improve their life chances. The qualifications provide a foundation for lifelong learning focussing on transferable social, life and work skills which are essential for living and working in the community.

Description: The learner must achieve 37 credits. 2 credits must be achieved from the unit in the Mandatory Group. A minimum of 16 credits must be achieved from Optional Group A and a minimum of 2 credits must be achieved from Optional Group B. The remaining 17 credits can be achieved from any combination of units in Optional Groups A and B.
