The suite of NOCN Level 2 Retail Skills qualifications are designed for people working in the retail industry, including retail sales people, retail assistants, counter assistants, stockroom/warehouse assistants, visual merchandisers, cash point operators and managers in these roles.



The suite of qualifications are particularly suitable for those who need to:

Qualification Structure

Min Credits : 37

Description: Learners must achieve a minimum of 37 credits. 8 credits must be taken from Mandatory Group A. A minimum of 14 credits must be taken from Mandatory Group B. The remaining 15 credits can be achieved from any combination of units in Mandatory Group B, Optional Group C and Optional Group D. A maximum of 5 credits can be taken from Optional Group C and a maximum of 15 credits can be taken from Optional Group D. A minimum of 22 credits must be achieved at Level 2
