The NOCN Level 3 Award in Mediation Skills is designed to recognise the development of knowledge, understanding and competent application of mediation skills. The qualification does not focus on a particular environment in which mediation skills could be applied but offers the opportunity to develop and demonstrate skills that can be applied
within any situation and environment where mediation could be used for conflict resolution.
