The NOCN Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Construction using Off-site Manufactured Assemblies qualification has four specialisms/pathways of which Modular and Portable Building is one of them. The NOCN Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Construction using Off-site Manufactured Assemblies -Modular and Portable Building pathway has been developed for achievement in a real workplace environment which means the learner needs to be employed to undertake this pathway.
This pathway enables the learner to demonstrate and recognise their skills, knowledge and understanding and to demonstrate their competence in a real workplace environment so the learner can work in the off-site manufactured assemblies sector.
Description: To achieve this qualification a minimum of 6 units need to be attained. This comprises the 3 units from the Mandatory Group plus 1 unit from Optional Group A and 2 units from Optional Group B.
