This qualification is vocationally based and as such, offers the opportunity for learners to demonstrate their knowledge, understanding and practical skills required to be an Adult Care Worker in an adult care setting or a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker/Personal Assistant in a healthcare support environment.

Description: The leaner must achieve 46 credits for this qualification. 24 credits must be achieved from the Mandatory Group and a minimum of 22 credits from the Optional Groups. A minimum number of 2 credits must be achieved from Optional Group A Knowledge units. A minimum number of 14 credits must be achieved from Optional Group B Competence units.
