The NOCN Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training is a teaching qualification, that requires a minimum of 100 hours of teaching practice and a minimum of 8 teaching observations that total a minimum of 8 hours. It is for those learners who currently work or want to work as further education teachers. Colleges of further education and many other sector employers are likely to require this level of qualification or at least a commitment to gain this upon employment.
