The aim of this qualification is to reduce the likelihood of homelessness or other negative outcomes for young care leavers.
This qualification addresses the main knowledge and skill needs as identified in the HM Government’s Care Leaver Strategy i.e. Employment, Health and Wellbeing, Housing, Participation in Wider Society, Personal Career Preparation and Relationships.
