The purpose of this qualification is to develop an awareness of real problems involved in managing asbestos and how to resolve them. The qualification is aimed at anyone who has a responsibility for managing asbestos, e.g., Estates and Contract/Project Managers, Facilities Managers, Caretakers etc.
