This Level 1 qualification provides learners with a range of dry lining skills and knowledge. Learners will also develop an understanding of the health and safety requirements for working in the construction industry. The purpose of this qualification is to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and understanding to progress to further training in dry lining at Level 2, such as the Level 2 Diploma (600/8615/4 – Dry Lining or 603/5551/7 – Dry Lining Housing), or progress into a job role in the construction industry or via an apprenticeship route.
