This Level 1 qualification is primarily for learners aged 16 and above and who want to continue their education and develop their knowledge/competencies and understanding of their role in a health, retail or hospitality environment.

The purpose of this qualification is to equip learners with the knowledge and understanding to progress to further training to understand the impacts of their industry on the environment.
