Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transport and Construction are amongst the sectors worst affected in the UK by staff shortages and it’s vital that we equip people with the skills needed to fill these vacancies.

Sector Pathways

To help learners develop the skills they need to work in these sectors we have developed pathways for our Entry Level 3 Preparing for Further Learning or Employment qualifications. 

All the units in these pathways have been pre-selected and mapped to the practical skills and knowledge required for each sector. 

The qualifications are suitable for upskilling and reskilling learners and offer progression routes onto Level 1 and 2 qualifications.
