Skills for Employment, Training and Personal Development (SETPD) is NOCN Group’s flexible suite of qualifications designed to support learners to build confidence, develop essential skills, and progress into employment, further learning or training.
SETPD qualifications focus on real world skills that help learners prepare for work, education and independent living. They are widely used across employability, community learning and preemployment programmes, and are designed to support learners at different starting points.
The suite is available from Entry Level 3 to Level 2, with clear progression opportunities built in.
