If a learner requires a reasonable adjustment to enable them to access the assessment please complete the Reasonable Adjustment or Special Consideration Application Form below. One form can be used to apply for adjustments for multiple learners if required.
Please ensure that you have read and understood the NOCN Reasonable Adjustment and Special Considerations Policy and Procedure, found under 'Help and Support'.
Where Centres wish to receive feedback on results they have received for a learner's completed Functional Skills or Digital Skills Examination, they can either request a Re-mark, or a Re-mark and Feedback Report.
