Aim
The aim of this unit is to provide learners with the knowledge of project management and how to contribute to the development and execution of a project plan. Management theories and lean principles provide a sound basis to effective project planning and the importance of risk and quality management to the success of projects is explored. Effective communication of project progress to stakeholders is demonstrated.
