Coronavirus update for customers

As you will be aware the government imposed a third national lockdown from Tuesday 5th January 2021. You will find out more operational detail on the implications for each of these services through the following links:

  • 1.1 - Analyse own strengths, skills and areas for improvement.
  • 1.2 - Evaluate own preferred learning styles.
  • 1.3 - Explain reasons for a learning style not preferred.
  • 1.4 - Explain how they can develop the strategies necessary to cope with a learning style they dislike.

Know how to plan for improvement.

  • 2.1 - Produce an action plan with targets to improve performance in at least three areas. 
  • 2.2 - Evaluate the extent to which own strengths and skills affect the setting of short and long term targets.
  • 2.3 - Explain how possible obstacles to improvements can be overcome.
  • 2.4 - Comment on own progress towards the targets.

Be able to review own performance.

  • 3.1 - Use feedback from others to review progress towards achieving action plan targets.
  • 3.2 - Evaluate improvements in performance and revise long term targets.
