Coronavirus update for customers

  • 1.1 - Explain a tuning method for own instrument. 
  • 1.2 - Explain six articulation and intonation techniques using a complex piece of music.
  • 1.3 - Explain the benefits of correct posture when playing an instrument.

Know the importance of good practice routines.

  • 2.1 - Explain the importance of practice for progress.
  • 2.2 - Apply an analytical approach to practice.
  • 2.3 - Develop practice schedule over a period of time.
  • 2.4 - Analyse problems to overcome technical difficulties.
  • 2.5 - Suggest ways to overcome technical difficulties.

Know about music from different periods and styles.
