Aim
This unit is about the ability to use a software application designed to organise and store structured information and generate reports.
The learner will use database application tools and techniques to:
• enter straightforward or routine information into databases;
• set up single tables in flat file databases;
• retrieve information by running routine queries; and
• produce reports using pre-defined menus or short cuts.
