Work Package 1

Retrofitting upgrades existing buildings with energy-efficient systems to cut energy use and carbon emissions. Unlike simple renovations, retrofit projects are complex and require skilled professionals to assess needs and manage delivery.

PAS 2035 sets the UK standard for domestic retrofits, making qualified assessors and coordinators essential to achieving Net Zero goals. NOCN Group offers three targeted skill solutions:

  • Retrofit Assessor– Level 4 qualification to assess homes for retrofit in line with PAS 2035.
  • Retrofit Assessor (Heritage)– Level 4 training for assessing older and traditional buildings.
  • Retrofit Coordinator– Level 5 diploma in managing and overseeing retrofit projects.

Together, these pathways empower a skilled, future-ready retrofit workforce.
