Non-hub ordered replacement certificates where issued prior to beginning of 2007	Fee
OCN unit/course and qualification certificate	£50
Cskills unit/qualification certificate - letter of achievement is only available	£10

International postage may incur additional fees.
Certificates for qualifications with Cskills Awards in the title cannot be produced prior to 2007, but a letter of achievement will be provided.
For the OCN unit/course and qualification certificate at £50.00, £25.00 will be charged on application to NOCN to cover administration and search costs. If the certificate cannot be located, the £25.00 cannot be refunded but no further fee will be charged. If the certificate can be located, an additional £25.00 will be charged to cover certificate production costs.
