Apprentice End Point Assessment (EPA)
Leading EPAO (End Point Assessment Organisation) in England for reformed apprenticeships (Trailblazers) with the most Government approvals to deliver apprentice End Point Assessments (EPA) in a range of key sectors.
Reformed apprenticeships contain occupational standards against which apprentices are assessed at the end of their programme to ensure they have the necessary Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours to be competent in their job.
Standards must meet the needs of employers for each role in the industry. They include English and maths skills at an appropriate level with 20% off-the-job training.
Although the focus is on the End Point Assessment, some Standards specify certain qualifications as a requirement for professional-body membership and as a route towards the final assessment.
Independent End Point Assessment (EPA) from NOCN
EPA from NOCN ensures apprentices have the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours detailed in the standard.
NOCN is a leading Government approved, independent End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) working with employers and training providers to ensure high quality, valid and robust EPA. NOCN is approved to provide EPA for the following Apprenticeship Standards:
Business and Administration
Catering and Hospitality
Engineering and Manufacturing
Health and Science
Legal, Finance and Accounting
Sales, Marketing and Procurement
