The NOCN Intermediate Apprenticeship in Financial Services - Debt Collections, provides an excellent vocational learning route for apprentices to develop a successful career in financial services, specifically in debt collection. They will learn about the nature of debt, roles within the industry and the importance of compliance to statutory requirements.This framework contains the components required for a successful apprenticeship, including the knowledge qualification, Employee Rights and Responsibilities, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills and Functional Skills English and maths. This is a high quality product ready to use, designed by industry experts.
NOCN has a range of End Point Assessments available within the Legal, Finance and Accounting sector, many of which are used by leading high street banks and financial institutions.
The 12-month apprenticeship programme is designed to equip learners with an internationally-recognised professional qualification that offers a varied and interesting career path with good development opportunities.
We've got 30 years of experience of 'creating opportunities' and have worked with financial services trade associations (including the Credit Services Association) and firms, including high street banks with industry-leading apprenticeship schemes. We are also now working with the leading provider of accountancy qualifications.
We're approved to deliver End Point Assessments for these apprenticeship standards and can work in partnership with financial services employers and training providers to support the whole apprentice journey, ensuring successful completion.
